SUNY Oneonta student dies after freezing in sub-zero temperature | New York Post

A 20-year-old student at SUNY Oneonta was found frozen to death outside a bus garage Thursday morning when temperatures dropped below -10 degrees, officials said.
Tyler Lopresti-Castro was found by Oneonta city employees around 6:50 a.m. Thursday, lying unconscious on the pavement near a bus garage near I-88, according to the Oneonta Police Department.

Man…. I go to a different SUNY school where getting access to medical help is not always as easy as it should be.. to think I could have just as easily been in his shoes. I hope he rests in peace, this is a terrible failure by the public college sect to prioritize students physical and mental health.
