Learning how to March establishes many qualities. Learning how to move in cohesion with your colleagues, teamwork, and most importantly discipline. These qualities builds the ability to stay focus while multitasking while working on an engine, attention to details when working on an engine, following orders, policies and procedures when working in an engine.
