Something that I hate about being a 2000s kid is that a lot of the time we get looked down on. But I'm just gonna say, I am so happy that I could identify roughly half of the nostalgic things. My childhood was playing Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong 64 on my aunt's N64. The Donkey Kong rap was my life omgggg. Slightly disappointed the rap wasn't on their list of nostalgic things.

I remember watching Johnny Bravo, The Power Puff Girls, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo. The early 2000's weren't too bad either. My school still has those ancient pencil sharpeners even though absolutely no one uses them anymore. I hated them so much, I would have to get up and go to the back of the class and when you sharpened the pencil it made the loudest sound and your butt shook side to side, so the getting up and the sound of the pencil sharpening drawn attention to my ratchet ass shaking side to side. And you could never win with it because it either sharpened the pencil so incredibly sharp that it would break right when it touched the paper, or the sharpener would break the lead or it would be so dull that your writing is miles thick.
