Ingredients:
1. Grated cabbage - 1/2 no ( or 2 cups )
2. Chopped onion - 1 ( medium )
3. Sliced bell pepper - 1/2 no ( 1/2 cup )
4. Finely chopped garlic - 1 whole ( 10-12 cloves )
5. Chopped green chilli - 2 ( as required )
6. Chopped spring onion green - 1 bunch ( for garnishing )
7. Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tsp ( 1 inch ginger and 2 garlic cloves)
8. All purpose flour ( maida ) - 3 tbsp ( or as required )
9. Cornflour - 3 tbsp ( or as required )
10. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
11. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12. Garam masala - 1 tsp
13. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
14. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
15. Szechuan sauce - 1½ - 2 tbsp
16. Salt to taste
17. Oil to fry
