Only con flour and maida will make it very dry, add some amount of besan/gram flour, 40-40-20 ratio. It'll not become very hard after keeping for many hours.

This is really simple and easy.... In other videos of home made manchuria I saw adding corn water to manchuria balls to get it juicy .... But it didn't work that much... Just by adding water it came out well here... 👍
