Po2 is the slowest plane it the game and Tu4 can go 3-4 times its speed depending on the situation, plus Po2 dosnt have a gun to even shoot at at Tu4 so .....

If then i stop relative to sun then first object is moving and second is stacionary. As i said same object depending on you. That is called relativity :)

That makes me wonder how well a strategy of climbing to high altitude to then dive vertically on top of the Tu-4 in the F3F would work. The F3F has the highest rip speed out of all biplanes in Warthunder so you could actually put it into a near vertical dive.

Possibly against the spirit of the challenge, but I’d like to see what the 30 bi planes could do if they actually massed up for a big coordinated attack instead of coming on slowly. One of the things WT annoys me with is how none of the guns you can’t fire won’t fire automatically. Ideally the turrets should be firing at will.

The Po-2 M I think respawned, or just didn't attack and stayed away which isn't very fair. Should have been disqualified if so. All in all, despite dying in the end, the TU-4 win.

Great video muffin! Even though they won, I think that this could have been played better by team biplanes. The I-15R and I-153 have timed fuse rockets, and I think that a swarm of these planes can take down the tu-4 quite easily.

Bomber has unlimited ammo. Biplanes don't. This means Tu-4 can spam at will at any distance and it will eventually always win, but here the limited play area really helped to create a fun scenario.

Yeah because of how high it could fly it was basically invincible. Any planes that caught up would be going super slow thus very vulnerable to the 50 cals all over the thing

I wonder if this would've played out any different if it were tier 1 monoplanes instead of biplanes. Since the biggest hurdle for the biplanes was catching up to the fortress, DEFYN was just flying circles around them and they couldn't do anything.
