i wanna buy this but Mondo releases are notorious for the surface noise being louder than the actual music. Sounds okay here. i would say 75 percent of my mondo purchases are a disappointment.

If the Mondo vinyl is giving you a hard time you may wanna buy a mat pad for your vinyl. It helps reduce any surface noise the needle may be picking up while playing the record. I bought a few Mondo vinyls myself and luckily I haven’t had this problem. Considering the fact my grandfather’s record player is over 20 years old. Also try to buy a better needle replacement. Sometimes the needle could also be the source as to why there’s a lot of surface noise. I did the same with our vinyl player.
