When I was a kid this cartoon was funny just because it was a cartoon. Now as an adult it's freakin' hilarious. It's obvious that prior to the early 70s cartoons were in reality for adult audiences.

Love Super Chicken's master stroke "This is special delivery from the draftboard You have been classified 1-A". I really did laugh out loud on this joke. The Vietnam war was going on strong when this cartoon was made

of the 1000's of cartoons I watched as a child, I remembered this one specifically .. so happy to find it here .. maybe it stood out because of it's cultural relevance .. I thought it was hysterical when I first saw it.

And thus the Houston Astrodome was born. Incidentally, I think this is where the writers for *Tiny Toon Adventures* got the idea for the hair planet in the Star Trek parody.

You can say that again TokoGT. I saw this about 20 years ago and I am 99 percent sure it was my ONLY episode. Now it looks wackier than I remember. Back then I would not have known what a draft board, let alone "being classified 1-A" meant. A master stroke indeed. I am looking for different stuff I watched as a kid and this thing just popped into my head, simple search and voila. Found this apparently totally obscure thing. KZbin does it again.

This one is the best. For those who don't remember, at this time Playtex had a "Living Bra." There is one or two other allusions to contemporary advertising crap, but I cannot remember them right now.
