Hullo Wendy, I was wondering, have you wrongly mentioned 3/4 tbsp salt for 8 chicken tighs, instead of 3/4 tsp. 8 Chicken tighs would be roughly around 650 gms. I'm not sure if the chicken tighs in Canada are larger, hence the measurement you mentioned. As I generally go by the ratio 1tsp for ever 500 gms for mostly any dish. I noted this measurement only now, after making it several times. I do hope you are able to correct this in the video and the online written recipe. Lest *novice* cooks make an error. I would like to say this dish is nevertheless super awesome. I hope you and your children are on MasterChef soon! I would also like to thank you for your precise measurements as well as tips and instructions. I have tried many of your recipes and they are simply delicious and perfect.

It does not help those who are completely new to cooking. Imagine throwing away a whole batch of chicken, because they have purely gone by what was said and written. And it may be the last bit of savings to their meagre salary, that they spent on chicken. I have 2 suggestions, one is insert a caption in your video, I understand you would need to re-upload the video but most important is that, you also correct your online written recipe. I still love your dishes, nevertheless. Perhaps a statement in the title of all your videos, that appear below the actual video in KZbin i.e. 1tsp for every 500gms of any main ingredients, except salads and dry but cooked vegetables, I am not sure about the last bit on veges.
