Have you used turtlewax trim restorer? Gets black plastic trim to its original shiny black color. If you have Luke what's the best way to apply and wipe off? So I get the best results. Im using it on my Seadoo trim and vinyl purple seat. I know this video is over 2 years old. Can you respond back trying to get toys ready for summer. Thanks Joe Go

Ever have Super Clean spot plastics? I detailed my car interior to try Super Clean and had some overspray get on the plastics around my gear shift and didn't notice. When it dried, the spots discolored the plastic. It was diluted 5 to1. I haven't been able to remove the spotting.

Should be dilutted 10:1 for interior panels and plastics.

Hey everyone, I tried Super Clean 5:1 on a 2008 Tundra and a bunch of dye came up. I've tried this on other cars and it didnt harm the leather whatsoever. Anyone else have this issue with Toyotas?

Bick 4. Reddit super test someone did and this one won out. You also have to test if it needs a conditioner or protectant. Water beading=needs protectant as the top coat still exists. Conditioner= no top coat left, for getting the leather to absorb in

right, but that's kind of the case with all things, a pressure washer has the potential to damage, but you just have to have some common sense, there will always be someone who does stupid things, but for the masses, it will work great

You want to condition after you wiped off all of the degreaser. Always introduce oils back to the leather when cleaning it.

Super clean is great for a lot of things but i will not be using it on anything plastic or of that sort. Diluted 10:1 it turned my girlfriends black leather seats grey and stripped the black plastic of its color and left it horribley grey and stripped the dash of its color and left it very spotty. Ill stick with using the super clean on fabric. And find something less aggressive for plastics. 😁

Well not all conditioners do that, I like to finish with meguiars synthetic express spray wax, not shine :D

I steam cleaned my seats in my car and some of them feel like as if they have been sanded and are really Gritty. There's a perforated section on them and its like hairs are sticking up thru them. Has. Anyone ever had that happen?

Your right it doesn’t have the potential to harm because it actually harms the leather, I try it and it discolored the leather am talking about súper clean I used 5/1 1 part super clean. Now imagine that stuff stays on the seat because you ain’t rinsing it with water you just wiping it off. I think if you have a expensive car meaning in a good shape and want to keep it like that it’s better to spend few more bucks and buy the good stuff that won’t harm your car and still does the job. Remember cheap is expensive sometimes. I been doing my research and AMMO leather cleaning it’s one that ranks in one of the best. 🤔 think before putting a degreaser into you leather. That stuff will burn overtime and tear your leather.

This is “coated leather”. Degreaser that’s diluted won’t harm this type of leather that’s in 99% of cars. But keep on being paranoid.

Great Video Luke. I have used Spray Nine for years a a general purpose cleaner and degreaser. Since I am always maintaining my vehicles, I rarely need anything aggressive. I believe Spray Nine is the pioneer to develop the first general purpose spray cleaner. Not only does it clean very well, it disinfects killing nasty germs and will neutralize odors. You should check it out sometime.

I just tried the super clean -diluted- and magic eraser on my tan leather seats and it worked amazing! I have tried other leather cleaners and it really didn’t work at all. My seats were super dirty after I hadn’t cleaned them in 5 years, with three kids. Gross. I wish I knew how to add pictures.
