if the rooftop water pressure is real low, but has good volume. you may be able to use a fairly cheap "pressure booster pump" inline without it starving for water.

Scotsman, I have not heard that name in a long time. I delivered Scotsman ice machines when I was a young man for Young’s supply company.

Have you ever heard of anode rods that were incorporated into the hot side, so that you have to disconnect the hot pipe to change it out? That's what the plumber claims. It seems to me, that's where the dip tube is. I'm really thinking about cancelling my anode replacement, if you has to tear up the connections that bad.

Bradford white uses hot out Anode rods. I have replaced quite a few of them in my time

@@MiHeatingGuy Mine's an AO Smith 50 gallon. But, thanks, at least I know that manufacturers do that.

dip-tube is on cold water inlet, so it puts the cold water at the bottom of tank. it makes perfect sense to eliminate the anode rod bung and place it in the hot water outlet bung. one less penetration into the tank shell and the hot outlet tends to build up the most minerals and clog. two birds killed with one stone. as for the gas valves as of late (GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH) pulling hair out

Chili's is the one I'd beg him to stay away from. I used to work back in their kitchen changing out POS, their ordering system electronics. I had to use one of their aprons to keep the grease off of me. They had food all over the floor where they wash their utensils.

Great job this what l hate when your company bibs on contract they just got service on the big box stores or food chains maintenance never get done due to $$$ or especially COV. Try new viper cleaner safe for micro channel with sprayer next time.

You can pee faster than that hose !!! Those blocked coils certainly are robbing the units of service life !!! At least the coils aren't grease coated. All the drains look correct. You and mike are da mans, getting the job done correctly and making them units more efficient !!!! Well done !!! On to the next adventure !!!!!
