The updated version of Free Spirit uses our squishy soft Sincere Sock yarn. Sincere Sock is a delightfully soft, sweet, and pleasant fingering weight yarn that is made from 75% Superwash Merino Wool and 25% Nylon. 437 yd/400 m per skein.

You can slow it down, use the little cog wheel and move it up. She did move rather quickly through this . I don’t listen to sounds 90% of the time I use close captions, I hope this helps you
