Hi Bruce, What is the best Carburetor jetting for 124 S&S 2004 with a Super G Carb ??? Original jet was M-78, Interm-33, air jet 40, swap with Main- 66, Interm-28, Air jet-66, still not perfect, just street riding, Thank you for the help.

From idle I have a complete stall when I open the throttle, tried your adjustment procedure but nothing changes. Bike has been sitting long time.

There is a good chance that the jets are clogged if the bike sat for a long time, especially if fuel was left in it. Drop the bowl and thoroughly clean everything with carb cleaner, including removing the jets and making sure they are not gummed up.

Cleaned up everything and only found a small amount of gunk in the enricher. Tuned again according to instructions and great performance on the road at medium and high rpm, however I still have the low rpm issue and real bad popping/coughing. Do you think it might need re-jetting?

+J&P Cycles just over winter it also idel will race up when hot

+J&P Cycles I pulled the bowl off had some black fuel in it found the rubber fuel line was swelled up
