I promise cooking is not that hard. Just start easy and don't be too hard on yourself, you won't get Michelin star results even after a few years of practise. But please try out, I promise you'll be proud of yourself in the end and you'll eat better and cheaper. Everyone can do it, if they have at least 1 working arm and a stove with basic equipment.

Thank you so much for sharing this meal idea! It was a great last minute substitute for a birthday dinner, when our dinner out fell through. @Kylar N Real yogurt has very, very little lactose in it. When milk is fermented, the chemical reaction "eats" the lactose. Only a tiny amount is left. You can probably successfully eat real yogurt. (Choose a Middle Eastern brand of yogurt for even lower lactose content. But any "real" unadulterated yogurt without flavorings, and full-fat, is gonna be very very low in lactose, as in, virtually free of lactose.)
