Thank you. This is an amazing tutorial of how to make the stockings. The fact you included the pattern is so thoughtful too. As a craft teacher of crochet I think you nailed this tutorial. Just remember to include a note as to the pattern being in USA or UK Terms, as there is a difference as for beginners it can be confusing. Brilliant xx

Hi, love this pattern and will be making some for this years 🎄. I started meditating properly in May 2017 following an unexpected diagnosis from my doctor. Meditation has since gotten me through some very rough times and made some very good times better. I’m not sure I could do it whilst crocheting though. I have to say I will need to go meditate after watching this tutorial because of the mind bending repeating music in the background🤯🤪🤪

This was such an enjoyable video to watch & to listen to! The stockings are so easy to make and so darn cute! I will be making some for each of the family and will put a sweetie or two into them as a tasty little Christmas 'bite'. 😋 And thank you for the meditation piece in the video - it was certainly nice to listen to and to think good thoughts. To me, crochet is almost addictive, particularly in summer. My back yard has woods around it and pheasants come to eat at the bird feeder & it's lovely to be able to sit on the summer bench and do a simple patterns like this & just sit & enjoy nature & the woodland birds. Thanks so much for making this tutorial! I'll be making many of these wee stockings. ❤Love from Scotland. xx Merry Christmas to you! 🎄🛷🍬🎉🎀🎁

November 24 2022: This is such a great pattern. I have a short schedule to manage and want to make a Christmas Advent Sock for my home and my oldest son for his family. Other patterns are great also but so time consuming. You are absolutely correct that this is meditative. I knit, or learning, and love to take projects with me. If I wait in the car for someone I pull a project out. Thank you for your patience and reassuring voice.

Thank you for this video! I have enjoyed making this. Please could you explain how you do the very last part - where the colour changes? I have made my first row of single crochets by going into both loops of each stitch along the top of the stocking. I hope that's right. Now I'm not sure where the other three rows should go as it looks like yours goes over the top of the first colour? How/where do I put those in? Thank you.

Sure!! You can make one layer. I would recommend to use cotton yarn and then make it hard with glue. But you may experiment 😁
