I do have a cobbler recipe, or I should say HAD. Then I came across your recipe today. THIS is going to be my BASIC Cobbler GO-TO recipe. It really is quick and super easy to make. I can envision so many other ways of using this recipe. Mainly, how many different fruit fillings to use. The Cream Cheese with Brown Sugar especially caught my attention. Thank You

Hey, Ken. I made your cobbler just as to your recipe except I used a can of Lucky Leaf Strawberry/Rhubarb. The killer part of this recipe is the dollop of cream cheese with a sprinkling of brown sugar on top. My daughter came over to the house today, and she was blown away. In the past I made a few cobblers using other recipes and although good, they did NOT have the WOW factor as this one has AND so simple. Thank you again.
