Hello mrs vaid 🤗 the resin largely depends on what viscosity you are looking for and the viscosity you need depends on what you are trying to create. I usually like a resin that can handle getting thin (because of the amount of heat I use) to do oceans. Whereas when I do geodes I prefer a thicker resin so it keeps its lines.
