Yes, I hear your voice soften when you are talking about your grandmother and I am tearing up. Your coloring amazes me!!! Thank you for being you and for doing what you do. I went through hypnosis due to anxiety when getting ready to drive and while driving….all due to a car accident on my way home from work….on I-95 in Miami during horrible traffic. I am fine now and driving doesn’t bother me, but that accident was back in 1992. I live in a very rural town now in Central Florida. We have 2 stoplights in our county. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers😻

This shaker card is adorable!!! My grandma was from South Carolina. She was one of the best home cooks ever!!! And I still miss her and it's been over 40 years since she passed.

This is such a darling card, Kelly! Your comments about small business owners are so true (whatever their specific craft may be). I knitted, crocheted & sewed for many years before I started paper crafting/making cards. I worked in shops, taught knitting, attended & worked at various knitting, fabric & quilting trade shows (through the years). I found that most people I came to know were friendly, helpful, motivating.... & many of them just quite amazing! May sound a bit corny, but I think that wonderful people are a basic part of the whole, wonderful crafting world!

I like picket fence stamps. This card turned out really cute. I actually use a paper towel holder to hold my rolls of adhesive. And I did buy mine specifically for that purpose. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Funny coincidence, while watching you assemble the card towards the end, some pictures of my granddaughter eating watermelon came up on my Aura frame. She had the same look of just being in heaven while enjoying watermelon as does the little girl of the stamp! It made me laugh. 😂 I also loved your story time. I love all your story times! (Peanut and the video game disc…😳😂) I do love supporting small businesses. My local scrapbooking store closed about 5 years ago. They carried all the cool stuff from so many of the smaller stamp and die companies and they also had the best classes showing how to use those items. Miss that place. After about a four year hiatus from crafting because of well, we’ll just say life, I started watching KZbin videos (no classes anymore!) and discovered your channel. I’ve since dusted off my COPIC markers, organized my ink pads, got my dies, embossing folder and papers out and even created Easter cards for the 8 grandkids. Thanks for the encouragement and for keeping it real.

When I was elementary school, my former landlord would go up to a Baskin Robbin's near where we lived ( it was a bout ten minutes away across the street from USC) and buy a pint of Pralines and Cream Ice cream for him and my mom, and consequently, Pralines and Cream became my mom's favorite flavor.

Cute card Kelly! I also want to encourage people to buy from legit craft companies and individuals. Do not support foreign vendors or websites that create or sell knock offs and sell them for a fraction of what they are worth. They're stealing a designer or small business's intellectual property. Sometimes they post the counterfeit merchandise using images, product names and trademarks from the genuine items. I feel so bad for the folks that have created the original artwork.
