hi eric!!! i really like your videos. i think i’ve seen all the condos tours you’ve done. i’m hoping you will do one comparing 2 buildings’ amenities . J2 and L’attrait. they have big gymnasiums w lots of real weight machines. most videos skip quickly over these but that is one of my favorite things. also the climbing walls, tennis, ping pong, and anything else conceivable. personally, i want a 2 bed 2 bath w balcony. don’t need large rooms, just large activities. thanks

I'll keep that in mind for whenever I do another "Expensive condos" vid!
@kacejonez2448 Жыл бұрын
@@SecondLifeTravels1 it isn’t that expensive. $1000/ mo rentals. seems cheaper than paying for 2 gym memberships and the transportation to a from. plus the recreational facilities and swimming pools. for active ppl it seems a very good idea. i don’t do the nightlife. i do want to stay in shape to rock climb thailand and snowboard japan. and muay thai training. and if i have all that where i live my son will be happy .

I already checked google there is NOTHING called J2 in BKK1, aparently you confused an apartment in India or Philippines based on my research
@kacejonez24484 ай бұрын
@@parasitius i have been there in person recently. maybe u misgoogled
@kacejonez24484 ай бұрын
@@parasitius i checked my reply and it seems i didn’t state that it is bkk1 but i viewed it and l’attrait and then viewed Chamkar Mon in Tonle Bassac and found it to be a better choice for a better price.

Great content. I’m 2 weeks away and still apartment hunting. How did you find these places?

I literally walked to every tall building in the neighborhood and just asked to see the rooms.

Typical "2bedrooms" here. Should be only 1 but they squeeze in another to jack up price. If you want Ill rent you my 2 bedroom condo for only $750 :)

No3 at $950 seems a no brainer! Though you’d need to invest in binoculars to watch tv from the sofa across that massive lounge! Good video - thanks.

1000 USD, you can rent a nice place in Bangkok and nearby the most convenient metro transportation system in SEA (railways system as metro or sky train). You will also get free WIFI and easily to access convenient stores and pharmacies that you can easily finds them in every corner of Bangkok.

$1,000 is a huge amount of money here in Cambodia. For that, you can get 3 bedrooms and 120 square meters right in the center, and that price would include wifi and twice-weekly maid cleanings. The traffic is far better here, so you can get anywhere in the city you need to in 15 minutes. I've lived in Bangkok and Phnom Penh and Phnom Penh is definitely the cheaper and more convenient city.

Problem is most people can’t live full time in Thailand. Unless it’s retirement or a business visa. So Cambodia is a win for me.
