Hey guys, it's Mike with sixpackshortcuts.
Man, do I have a show for you. After some of my workouts, I like to throw in this little extra afterburner on the grill and get my abs fired up.
You'll see that these are some basic ab exercises, but when combined in the right order it can really put that 3 dimensional effect on your abs.
So put this quick workout in effect immediately, and see your six-pack popping out in no time.
Super fast abs' workout breakdown:
0:47 Start the workout
3 rounds
Crunches (30 sec)
Make sure while you are doing your crunches, you but in a little tight squeeze at the peak of the movement.
Scissor Kicks (30 sec)
Make sure your back is flat on the ground or have your hand right under your butt for support. The hands under ur butt will also aid in keeping the back flat.
Bridge Planks - 30 sec
While doing the bridge planks, make sure you are looking at your feet the entire time. Also make sure you are stick you butt all the way up and planking all the way back down.

I love doing this workout at the end of my main workouts. It`s especially beneficial for me after a hard cardio. I love burning that abs off for max 5-8 mins.

Ahahaha I have hand picked a lot of your workouts and taken all of your advice.. I'm 14 and I have rock hard abs, I get people to punch them to see if they can hurt me, I have gained weight which was my aim because i used to be skinny :D thanks man, this improves my brain as well

***** Guys, these routines WILL build up the abdominal muscle. If you feel it aching the next day or two, it's definitely working. This however doesn't mean you can get abs to show. In order for the abs to show you must have a relatively low bodyfat percentage. Around 10-12 or maximum, however this may change if you have a low fat storage on your stomach.

I been doing 2 reps of 50 crunches for a month with little visible effect. I'm kind of skinny. I'll try your routine for a month to see, but the 2nd one scissor kicks are fucking hard to do, it hurts my back and thighs more.

+Parash Viper if it puts strain in your back+neck then you aren't doing it right. It maybe will get the back a bit but it should get the abs more. He even says in the video if your back hurts your form is off.

Parash Viper Ok the first step, the step that helped me eliminate this back/neck issue I had for such a long time almost completely was essentially focus on the body part I am trying to work. For example look at chest exercises like dumbbell presses or bench press. You don't feel much of anything by just laying flat on the bench and doing these, however as soon as you intrinsically realize that the goal of these is not to push the weight up but to contract the chest you focus on chest and squeezing and you began to feel the workout more. As soon as you start focusing on isolating the ab muscle you will be able to focus on forcing that muscle to do most of the work, I know it sounds eh but trust me as soon as you focus on only using your abs you will fix that neck problem because you will no longer use your neck. Now trust me the workouts are going to be harder without using your neck for support but you will get used to it and improve. It's like taking off training wheels from a bike, you have less support and are forced to adjust.

Parash Viper the 2nd step is to fix form. Going back to bench, you have to arch your back slightly and lock your traps in order to kill shoulder use. In order to improve your form on leg lifts or reverse crunches you have to work on stabilizing your body and keeping your back flat in order to isolate the abs. The 3rd step is to simply watch youtube videos of an exercise you are having trouble with, search it up on youtube and watch others do it. This 2nd/3rd step should get rid of the back issues. It helped me get rid of it, proper form should fix that.

I do a similar routine, except I do one minute intervals 4 exercises 2 sets, started off with a relatively flat stomach, proper food and same routine 5 nights a week for 6 weeks the results where crazy

Sit ups fuck you up, puts more strain on your back , crunches dont mess you up, they're a safer way to work on your abs, crunches & sit ups are not the same thing ..

Can somebody please reply to this. I'm 15 and want to get a 6 pack, I have a 2 pack showing, I could feel the other abs but I can't see them, do I still do these exercise that build muscle to the abs, or do I just do the fat burning exercises that mike has, and how long would it take to get a showing 6 pack, thanks.

If you want it to show you need to get the fat on top of the muscles off, so do some cardio and diet a little and of course continue doing the ab workouts.

It depends on what you eat aswell not just this excersize, so I suggest start eating healthy 3 weeks before you start this

Yeah, my legs and butt are almost as strong, maybe even better, despite the fact I've never exercised on purpose, it all came naturally, since I'm used to walk long distances at very fast pace since childhood. But my ABS... let's say, it's nearly non-existent. And when ladies say they don't care, if you have muscles or not, it's BS. Girls do care for our looks just as we care for their. Like my wife used to poke my legs sometimes and then say "Wow, like they are made of steel!" And then wears that enigmatic smile... or suggestive one, maybe?

It all depends on what you eat, and what other exercises you do. For instance, do the 5 minute belly fat destroyer to burn the fat off of your stomach so your abs will show. Then do this plus maybe one other video every day to help grow your abs. After a while if you keep a good diet they will pop.

This workout is so good. I've been doing it for about 4 weeks and i already see results. I started my weight loss about 2 months ago and i weighed 295 back then im here now two months later now at 255 so i lost 40 pounds in two months. However im not done yet, my goal is to weigh 215. This video was great. I am a professional fitness trainer also, like Mike and I thought this video he did was great for a core exercise. I actually follow Mike on Facebook and the guy is great and he knows his stuff because I went to school to become a fitness trainer and so I stop to hear if what he says is true based on science and he is.
