Its about boosting the metabolism first thing in the morning to burn fat to expose abs. Believe it or not most of these work outs do work abdominals. These are not abdominal isolation exercises They are more compound movements which are overall better work outs anyways.

@vinylhedgehog55748 жыл бұрын
+nlucctw2 Seriously wtf? even if you do it backwards you're still doing the same workout with the same number of reps (as if you did it in the original order) for each exercise. Doesn't matter what order you do them in, it's still the same workout. If you do 20 squats then 20 pushups instead of 20 pushups then 20 squats it's still the same goddamn workout. I don't get your logic.

Here I am again after sitting on my butt for almost 4 months... Man I was doing fine for a couple of months following these workouts every single day and I managed to gain 11 pounds( I also used his tip to eat every 2 hours). Everything was going well, I felt great and all till college started on september 1st.. I stopped exercising and started partying all the time.. I guess I lost the balance between going out with friends and exercising.. But the last couple of days I've been feeling more and more how shall I say.. ''unhealthy'' and I felt disappointed that I let myself down and stopped doing workouts.. That's when I remembered your reply on one of my comments on your ''let's meet at vidcon'' video, you replied telling your philosophy: ''I don't hold back my life so I can train hard and build a great body, I train hard and build a great body to live life to the fullest''. That quote of you was the final push I needed to start doing these exercises again. I did the workout in this video as a warming up and boy did it kick my ass! Haha! While just a couple of months ago I could do 4 of these ''FLEX FRIDAY'' workouts while still feeling great.. It'll be a long road to get back to the level I was and to build a nice looking body for the summer, but atleast I found my motivation again and I want to thank you for that. I won't let myself down this time. -D

What a truely great story bro. I start my first semester at college next autumn. I wont let my training go, I have also change my lifestyle. I´m not fat, but wanna gain some muscles, and also want to get my abs ripped. I am not into the eating system yet, but are more aware of what I take in. Keep going on, Train hard, as Mike would say :) - Robin (male)

oh no this shit looks like the warms ups had to do every morning in basic training of the army :( it'll work tho
@noahshaw44329 жыл бұрын
What was the routine like? Curious.
@KingKatura9 жыл бұрын
Well before starting the day for warm ups and stretches basically the same except knee to elbows(may of done A MODIFIED VERSION THOUGH) , but anyways we started with he stretches which was windmills,touching toes,jumping jacks(not like you were taught as a kid), A couple more that i don't remember. then into the warm ups which is everything here except what i mentioned and add galloping side to side kind of dont know the name for alot of em, bicycles, Another is take your legs at a 90 degree angle and twist them from side to side laying on back and using only your lower abs and legs and alot more was part of the pt exercises which i last like a hr or 2 doing each for like a min 2, the only part i don't think is good about how much exercise we did is by the end of the night you reach almost 100% muscle fatigue and its hell but because of this the next day you wake up feeling like none of it happened and start it all over again, therefore if you actually want to see fast gains i wouldn't recommend doing the military style with normal workouts as you could actually end up smaller rather than bigger. Also i went to fort benning so idk if pt is different elsewhere but they all have the basic stuff i mentioned i'll try to find the names of all the moves although alot can prolly be found in palates. It's also possible (though unlikely) that alot has changed I've been out of the army for a few years now. Although I've thought going back i don't particularly agree with how are government and our country is kind of going to shit atm.... hope i answered good enough.

+Noah Shaw I'm not downing King Katura...but when you serve in the Military you are volunteering to take a bullet. Our wars we fight are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and most people get into the military because of the money and free education. They are essentially slaves to the corrupt military industrial complex run by big bankers and big corporations. It doesn't take COURAGE....it takes IGNORANCE + NEED FOR MONEY. If our wars were justifiable for good reason like back when George washington was president (before he was) then fine...but our country goes around the world stirring shit up and killing innocent people for money and power.

Rumor is...roids. So why try really at the cardio. Just go hit the weights. Then well, we all know how he can get ripped... He also has a pre workout supp out. It has caffeine in it, 1st thing on the label, a blend. Yet, scroll down and at the bottom he claims it has none in it?!? He said its better than whey...ah yea seeing they are NOT even the same type product. Better than Muscle Milk...again NOT the same type product. And is better than NO from BSN...yet NO has 50 say things in it that are proven to work, his has...well caffeine and and old (90's supp) in it that many claim has no effect. If you can google Mike Chang (thats is his name? I think) and his pre workout supp. Then got say BSN and compare. You will laugh...alot. Or fake sign up for his program on his site. A guy put in he was over 70, under 100lbs and 7+ ft tall...and smokes 3 packs a day. He put his goal as wanting to be like a bodybuilder! And behold, his site said he qualified as a VIP candidate?!?
