මේක ඔයාට ගොඩාක් ලේසියෙන් ගෙදර තියෙන දේවල් පාවිච්චි කරලා විනාඩි 5න් හදා ගන්න පුලුවන්. හැමදාම බිත්තර එකම විදිහට කන ඔයාට මේ අලුත් විදිහට හදන පිම්බුන ඔම්ලට් බිත්තර තෙම්පරාදුව ගොඩක් වැදගත් වෙයි.

Egg curry is one of favorite curry recipe from sri lankan culture. But today I am sharing this Egg Omelette recipe, we also call it biththara omlet. So, I thought sharing this special egg omlet recipe with you.
If you do not like spicy Sri Lankan recipes, better reduce amount of pepper.
