鳳林の石焼きフカヒレ餡掛けチャーハンは、意外と大きなフカヒレで、かなりのコストパフォーマンスです。味は横浜中華街でピカ一🎉。そして、個人的鳳林お勧めは焼き餃子。鳳林の餃子は、タレなんて必要無い優れた餃子。この鳳林の餃子に似てる味が同じ横浜の阪東橋に在る町中華うらふね🎉。うらふねも、何食べても旨い中華❤

My wife and I were recently in Yokohama China Town, can't remember this place but for the places we did eat at the food was excellent. Great place to wonder around to see what's on offer.

There are more burners in each gas ring, that’s why it can get so hot. The gas hobs are made especially for using woks in restaurants, so you cannot get that ferocity of heat at home using a domestic hob.

The old man chops his Bok Choy the wrong way, but he has been doing it that way for so long that he will never change. They definitely need to sharpen their knives. They also use WAY too much MSG!! My heart would be racing if I ate their food with all of that MSG added. Shark Fin recipes are a crime against nature!! I stopped watching after seeing that being served!! 👎👎
