Don't buy from bedspoke 3 weeks ago my friend ordered the new ares L85A3 Upon delivery and opening the rifle case, the L85A3 was badly damaged Just under £500 was paid and you try and sell damaged goods I will be posting this on every post bedspoke airsoft puts up DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY SELL DAMAGED GOODS YOU SHOULD BE CHECKING EVERYTHING THAT GETS SENT OUT TO A CUSTOMER I have also been in contact with trading standards

Hello Carl, I hope you are well? We are terribly sorry to hear that a friend of yours had a bad experience whilst shopping with us. Although I do not know the exact customers name who you are referring to... we did have a case where a returned gun was accidentally picked by our office team and sent out by mistake. This is not common practice, nor does it happen often. In the aforementioned case we paid to have the rifle collected, but I believe we did not have a spare for replacement at the time. We do our best to sort out any situation where a customer is not happy, so please get in touch with us instead of leaving salty comments. We DO NOT send out damaged good on purpose, this is not the way we operate as a business, if we slipped up and made a mistake, we apologise, but please help us to fix the situation. You should have taken it back and sorted it out instead of whinging about it on social media, humans make mistakes from time to time just a shame you took to KZbin to complain..!

Man, I've bought from bespoke heaps, and they've delivered fine. Imo, instead of complaining, maybe just fix the problem, and bespoke would help you out. Very bizzarre how you handle accidents
