Prepared the crust. 1. Use less water: 1 cup of oatmeal to 3/4 of water. 2. More time in microwave. 3. Don't put on the top of the crust all ingredients, they soak it up and it breaks apart. I advise to put toppings before serving on each slice.

This video will be saved!! Awesome 👏 I’m adding a lot more veggies. Instead of sauce I’m using sliced Roma tomatoes, since these makes it own juices when sliced . I always overdo the veggies. Maybe Cook veggies mostly cooked in a different pan then transfer to the Oatmeal dough and cook throughout. Great video!!! Kudos to you!!!

@@miraclemaui Yess! 😀that's exactly what I do now! I use oatmeal flour for my pizza, and my flatbread... it's the best! ( make sure the oats are gluten free)

I don’t have a microwave but then I would just cook the oatmeal in a pot as normal. I would love to try this but maybe more as a few mini pizzas. Then the flipping will most definitely succeed (I don’t want to fail!) Hope I can try this out soon! Update: nevermind. Just found the oven version 👌 definitely gonna try that without flipping tension

Please respond to me Hi do I really have to used oil inside of my oatmeal i don't want to put oil inside of the oatmeal and what temperature 🌡️ of water 🌊💦 i used cold water 🌊💦 hot water 🌊💦 or warm water 🌊💦

You can do it without oil absolutely. It’s just less moisture and could get a little dry. The room temperature is the best.

Yes a dash of salt in the dough. It’s ok without salt as well.

yes, but much better than regular or frozen one. You ca get fully great benefits of the nutrition.

I like how the ingredients are displayed. I would love this more if we could do away with the 'fat'. A second on the lips a lifetime on the hips.

​@@gusmaiawork20-35% of your daily calories should come from fat. You need unsaturated fats for proper cardiovascular health, brain function, and hormone synthesis. Just google the myriad of metabolic and systematic diseases associated with a deficiency of healthy fats in the diet 💀

I'm sure it's delicious but... calling it "super healthy" while adding processed oil, fatty cheese, and peperoni, (a class one carcinogen), to the healthy base just is not accurate and dangerous for people with health problems.

@@healthylifestyleotaku7833 Whatever *you* chose to eat and share is fine, but please just don't call it "super healthy". The crust is certainly healthier than white flour, but because I had health problems I have to be very careful to avoid added fats, so I'm always looking for actual healthy options. Very nicely done video though.

@@CharGC123 it’s super healthy to her so she can call it what she wants. she’s not responsible for helping you figure out what’s healthy or not, nobody is. If it’s not for you just move on and find something different.

You are very right! I am planning to make it 100% healthy this way. Organic avocado or coconut oil. No peperoni. Will fry mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. To oatmeal I will add nutritional yeast, it gives cheese flavor. I also might add almond cheese a little on top. Instead of the bought pizza sauce I will blend some tomatoes with a little dry basil and dry garlic. I think I will add some sea salt to the oatmeal mix. So that is my plan. I assemble my healthy recipes getting ideas from different channels. Very hard to find recipes which are 100% healthy by my standards. This week I decided to make all about pizza. Also found a recipe of mini portobello mushroom pizzas. Bake them sliced with spices, then add whichever healthy toppings you want and back into the over for 5 minutes. Regards and best of luck!!!
