I know he doesn't like the way the Tom Holland Spiderman is going, but he really did my boy, Miles Morales, dirty. The way it was animated was stunning, and the plot brought out so much in terms of the Spider-Verse, within one movie! And the soundtrack? You can't deny "Sunflowers" and "What's Up Danger?" just fitting in so perfectly with every scene it was played in.

For all the civil discussions in the comments, here's a sexy take: How about not using "overrated" or "overhyped" to judge a movie because those factors aren't intrinsic to the movie itself. They are made up by interactions with the masses and hence don't reflect only the work. For example, that'd be like saying Mt. Everest is a bad mountain because so many people die trying to climb it. Which doesn't really makes sense. Whereas, factors like plot, acting, pacing, score and so on are intrinsic to the movie and are the better standards to use when rating or comparing them. Like saying, Mt. Everest is a tall mountain. Where the tallness has to do only with the mountain and nothing else outside it.

I stopped watching when he put Into the Spiderverse in F tier. The animation and soundtrack in that movie is absolutely phenomenal. Sure, I didn't like some of the jokes like the Spider-ham shit too. In terms of the amount of attention it got when it first released, I would say it was very underrated. But i think since then a lot more of people noticed it's existence.
