150 ml warm milk.
150 ml warm water.
2 heaped tablespoons of sugar.
6 g dry yeast.
1 large egg.
50 ml vegetable oil.
550-580 g wheat flour.
0.5 teaspoon salt.
1 small egg.

Ayer hice mi primer receta de pan con una receta de la propia bolsa de harina y concluí que tenía esa receta un error en la medida de la cucharadita (usaron cucharada y fue mucha la levadura!!!!) Fermentó demasiado. Así que voy a probar con su receta; observo un acabado impecable. Saludos desde Panamá.
