That's no longer a foxbody but a jungle gym on wheels with some body panels and Fiberglass enclosing it 😀

That chassis is nasty. Really looking forward to seeing it perform. Also, on opening wheels up for 5/8-11/16 drive studs a reamer works a lot better than a drill bit. Way easier to keep straight. Amazon has a 9/16-11/16 tapered reamer. I think Allstar may sell one too.

Man just add weight brackets where u think they may go. Powder is absolutely the way to go. It holds up so much better. Take the time and have it coated. It's easy to touch up also.

The car is looking awesome! If you haven’t painted the rearend yet , don’t paint it ! Prep the metal and spray clear coat on it !! It would look awesome

It's funny seeing John deadlift the front end. It reminded me of Tommy doing😊 the same thing with the tube chassis camaro Billy bought, and was surprised how light it was.

Wow nice job on the build on this mustang. Please do your best job you can possibly do. Do this one kinda as your mona Lisa. Don't have to be body pretty it's just a tin soldier right? Love it I hope the BBC can hold up at least as good as the SBC. I wonder how well you would do boosting a purpose built sb2.2 with the drag racing tricks added into the sb2 build you should end up with a pretty solid combo. Sadly I have been let down lately several times on BBC stuff that I sware I didn't have trouble with before in similar applications. Like randy I hadn't had issues with pistons hitting specked pistons for the valve angle and pocket size. It's just so sad that almost nothing can be installed as built and have it work. Just seems like everything being made is kinda a moving target what worked yesterday with xyz won't even bolt on with the same application. Intakes heads and pistons and rods seem the worst. Even down to my little alcohol clone Honda buying from a proven place that specialize in power sports can't sell you a rotating assembly that will bolt in.

Go ahead and have the weight bars added to the housing just incase and then send it to powder coat.

Your back shock may not be enough and run into a issue like randy did and have to get them super high dollar shocks! Them things work tho! Serious money for those tho

Well a light car helps but when your 300lbs on the hoof you kinda spoil the weight savings on the car

Part of why he wants it light probably.. what does it matter though? I’m sure you’re not doing any better than him.. his cars are fast regardless how much he weighs.
