In a 2 player game, whenever you die, your turn ends. If you're playing the All-Stars version, your turn ends whenever you complete a level. In the All-Stars version, have only one controller plugged in so you can play two players with a single controller.

I once took a Monster Chaos (the orange one) an hour before getting out from work like at 10pm and when I got home and took a bath and started eating sitting in front of my computer, my tounge went numb. I felt very dizzy and had to lay down. The next morning I spoke with my doctor and he told me that I had a mini stroke. It was the only Monster I drank that day and I had consumed Monster for years.

its a MiSTer FPGA system, pretty much a hardware-side emulator for a bunch of games that has keyboard support. no NESes were harmed in the making.
