The fact that culex received a 3D makeover when you fight him again, i beat him on the second try since i immediately knew what i need to equip, good difficulty, very nice ff4 boss remix, it's so damn good and such a good remake the game is, i absolutely love it ❤

Culex rematch there is a new mechanic attack to convert all enemies 1 HP if you don't survive at full health. And final claw can instant kill you, you can perfect block to immune damage.

About that Rematch that 4 turns countdown to its 199 damage Meteor spell It will DO the full 199 damage and the LAZY Shell armor is useful just Not for that attack but I believe since the 4 crystals will run out of FP BEFORE Culex does HIS FP in the rematch may actually be infinite making it not possible to no longer use that spell every time the 4 turns countdown hits zero. While the game ONLY has 3 Red Essence items I actually suggest using THOSE against Booster since his Train attack is not only UNBLOCKALBE it does a fixed 9999 damage in a game where a lv 30 party doesn't even have OVER 300 HP so theirs no way to survive it other them being invincible during a turn in which its used. Unless of course you can KILL Booster in the rematch BEFORE he hits you for 9999 damage. besides the accessory/effect that makes you survive with only 1 HP left I believe is still limited to 1 party member Not ALL of them and only triggers ONCE per battle when a attack would kill you other wise. So yes That train attack is Lethal but its possibly to NOT run Culex for its rematch OUT of FP IF his is infinite.

Yes it is, it has an easy difficult and the normal one still has the triple attacks, the bonus and switching all the party members during fights, since the bosses keep the same stats, is easier due to that
