Do you know (and do believe it) that lemon lovers are very light-hearted, naturally lively and share good laughs? 😅👌🏻 Health watchers.. when opting to replace the whole quantity of fat in the cake please, note that oil gives a different texture from butter so opt for mixing between the both using healthy substitutes like the naturally neutral almond oil and ghee butter. Both have tremendous health benefits and cholesterol lowering compounds. As for sugar.. although I recently read it is not recommended to mix butter and honey I still use honey but not any honey. Acacia honey is best. It is light in weight and color and has a slight vanilla flavor in it. Absolutely suitable for cakes. Thanks for reading me. 😊
