Here's what you need:
Buttermilk:
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk or fresh milk
11/2 Tbsp Vinegar
3 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tsp salt
2 Cups cup brown or white sugar
3 large egg
225ml canola oil (or vegetable oil, sunflower oil etc.)
1 1/2 Tbsp coffee + 1/2 cup warm water (mixed)
Baked into preheated oven 160 ℃ between 50-55 miunutes or until cake test comes out clean.
**Do not over baked... your cake will be dry!.

Hello, thanks ❤ yes po! Make sure na malamig na ang Cake Bago balutin ng cling wrap or plastic.. Tapos Pag need nio na assemble, i-Thaw muna Para sure na Di na malamig or ngyeyelo. And yes, pwede po kau mgdagdag ng Coffe.. Make sure na Tama lang din Sa panlasa 😊😉 Hope it helps! Happy Baking! 😁😀

Hello 😊 Yes po pede nmn.. As long as di masyado puno ang baking pan, at my room pa sya sa pagAlsa ng Cake 😊😊 i usually used 9*13*2½ baking pan. Hope it helps po 😊😊 thank you! ❤
