OH SNAP! I didn't know that they used the first song in a flow workout! That's in my favorite high intensity boxing workout and it has some REALLY GOOD head movement! I gotta do this one! That map for the third song is FIRE!!! And yeah, YOU KILLED THAT!💪💪💪

Thanks, Akim! I do really love this one, it's quite challenging, I thought of you when I did it a few times, but I kept forgetting to let you know. I figured you'd find it sooner or later :D I gotta find that boxing workout you're talking about, lol.

@@supernaturalvraddict I don't remember seeing that one at all! I don't really look at flow workouts that much these days since my shoulder injury. I still do them here and there but I make sure to hold back on my swings. The workout is Coach Doc - Break Stuff - Dubstep on Up, Up, Up. My favorite boxing workout! A LOT of good head movement!

@@akimaliThis one is a 45-min Super Monster with a creepy spider monster for a thumbnail. That was the first workout that I did after my nearly-3 week break from SN, and it crushed me! But I love a good kick in the pants- and the music, so it's become one of my favorites now. Yes, I have done the Dubstep workout, and I do enjoy it. It'll be on my list of to-do-again-next. :D

I do this workout “Super Monster Beat of your Drum” most often because I feel it gives me the best work out. I’ve tried others but even though they’re high intensity they just don’t seem as high. Do you have any other recommendations that are like this?

Well, my friend, I would say that you're ready for Pros Only workouts! This one feels like a bridge between high and pros only. I would say, in general, any of Leanne's EDMs will satisfy this itch too, or if you're into Rock, Marc's "Madhouse" series is definitely very high. Muscle Meltdowns also target the muscles well. One of my all-time favorite workouts is "Modern Mystic" with Raneird, Dance Around the World "Borderless Beats" with Dwanna, Super Monster "Go for the Flow" with Raneird, Rapture "Been Here" and The Drop "Liquid Groove" with Leanne, and so on. I generally prefer EDM, Hip Hop and World/Latin music to the others, but I've enjoyed some classical beats every now and them. Have fun!

I’ve now done two pro workouts, and I have found the level of triangles coming at me with such speed that it becomes impossible for me to catch up with them all, and I end up flailing wildly. 😂 i’ll for sure do some of those workouts that you recommended. Again, thank you.
