That's more like it, just a little bit of a wobble, but you're on it, you're almost there. Were you able to straighten out the gimble?

I don't know yet. Just got the balancing nuts and bolts machined in and I haven't yet had a chance to get it strapped down, tuned up, spun up, and tested against earth rotation! I'll probably stick a tiny light weight mirror on it and bounce a laser off it or something.

@@Amanlikeme How does a gyrocompass point to true North then? They've been used for more than a century on large metal ships where magnetic compasses won't work. They're purely mechanical devices so no silly "aether" excuses either. They wouldn't work at all if the Earth wasn't rotating which is why flat Earthers just pretend they don't exist.
