Absolutely! I’ve got quite a few now for my humble collection. The small head FRNs are great 👍🏼 Recently I picked up two monochrome fancies with 0s and 7s. I like the small heads and monochrome fancies because they aren’t printing anymore of those. You have an awesome collection Ontario 😎🤙🏼

Thank you my friend! I really like the fancy especially on a small head. The 1988 $1 I thought the same thing, but as my friend Dan said they are still printing $1 notes so to get a $1 07777770 is more likely found than a small head 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100. Nevertheless, to my point the right people were in that auction who wanted that specific note based on year, serial number, federal reserve bank and/or denomination. Yes! A sawbuck! The small head $10 is my favorite note you can still find at banks. The scrollwork is good, I like the treasury at an angle with the little cars down below. Really puts the size into perspective. Now it just looks like a Georgian Palace on the 10. Thanks for sharing your neat scores!

I have some interesting serial numbers in my change, but it peaked my interest in starting my modest collection. I did trade some beat up silver certificates for some low grade FRN fancies from a guy who hunts $1000.00 in ones each week. I plan on sharing those in the next couple months. I'm happy for you Mr Dean. Collecting things we enjoy is time well spent. On a side note, spending more than I'm comfortable with on my collectables usually works out in the long run, within reason. It could be because my collection is lower end so the overspend is quite small, usually under $50. I really should stop adding puns to my comment now. Always a pleasure when you upload Mr Dean. Dean, while recently at the auction house I do bizz. with the secretary there told me that at her recent garage sale a lady bought some things and apologized for using all "ones" to pay with and that they came from a drawer from her recently passed Father's house as he had stacks of "ones" she was using them. What these "ones" were was mint condition Silver Certificates. The secretary said she was going to put them in an upcoming auction where she works. Interesting how things can play out, be they coins, currency, or antique guns etc.

THAT IS AWESOME! I wish she had come to my most recent yard sale 😆 Especially when the silver certificates were mint condition! Poor guy had probably been saving for decades. This is why it is so important to communicate about collections a person is leaving behind. I hope the secretary does well on her $1 silver certificates. Thank you for sharing and of course watching.
