This after shave is just solid classic. I use original, black and also had a gold one, these are evergreens. I can`t believe how cheap and still very solid they are.

Now the Denim Original EDT bottle is completely mate black and comes in a metal box. Is longer lasting than Lomani or Adidas Active Bodies and even Paco Rabanne Pour Homme. To me is like an oakmoss Grapefruit combo, super fantastic and masculine! I love this! 👍

Excellent, enjoyable, and informative review. Original Denim supported Formula 1 for years and was a major sponsor of the Williams team back in their glory days, and you can easily find photos of Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Ricardo Patrese, and perhaps others with the Denim name on their racing suits. Consequently, it was a must-have for me from initial release, plus I wear a lot of denim fabric. Original Denim is still one of my all-time favorites.

when I started shaving, then I also began to buy aftershaves, in the late 70s my father and I just went for the normal BRUT, SKIN BRACER, AGUA LAVANDA, and OLD SPICE........... so, I decided to buy the DENIM aftershave (original) and since then, from time to time I buy the normal DENIM to splash on my face after my normal morning shaving ............ actually, today I received in the mail two boxes of the original DENIM aftershave .......... just to wear it during the weekend when I am at home and I want to enjoy it myself.

@@Wedkog i don't have any complain with performance, it's at least eight hours on me with two hours decent projection, don't hesitate to spray heavily it's dirt cheap. The issue is that the black bottle is not "likable" as much as the frosted.

My older brother had Denim back in the late 70s . I remember trying it has a child, but i can't say that i remember exacly how it smelled . I do remember that it did smell pretty good though . There was another one back in the 70s called hi-karate . The commercial for it might still be on youtube somewhere .

I finally got my nose on this. Found a 100ml of the EDT for 19 bucks. Such a steal. This scent reminds me of paco rabanne and aramis having a baby. Maybe bogart signature is off in the corner filming but for my love of vintage masculines this slides right in with the other big dogs. You said it is a mega hit and i will 2nd that! For 19 dollars this and encre noir a'lextreme are un real value for money. I need more 19 dollar frags that kick niche butt lol -Ramsey

@@ScentsOfSouthJersey More of a modern take on Denim using some florals and less spicy and using patchouli more as its backbone rather than moss. I keep a spreadsheet of collection details and gave them both 8.25. That is very good for me, especially for cheapies.

When it comes to the aftershave there are two manufacturers, Denim Original is made by Conter, Denim 1976 by Codaa, they smell completely different.

Same thing happened to me, the metal box / black bottle is the same as original denim but it’s the newer reformulation version that is distributed in EU. It is the same scent however
