Each round has been a thrilling spectacle. The shattered expectations and unpredictability have injected fresh life into the competition. The playing field is gradually evening out, and the officiating is showing improvement. I eagerly anticipate the remaining rounds because if this trend continues, we might witness a new Super Rugby champion, and there’s even a chance that an Australian team could clinch the title. To all the Aussie teams, take a well-deserved bow-you’re not only saving the competition but also showcasing the best of rugby union. 🏉🇦🇺 This coming from a blues supporter 😅

The reds are looking a lot better than anyone expected man. I don't want to call anything too early but they might be a title chance, especially considering they held out the chiefs without paisami or petaia.

As a Reds fan I was cautiously optimistic about the team's potential this year after a strong finish at the end of last season but was not expecting them to be this strong and not this early. Feels too good to be true at the moment. If they can sustain it I might even renew my Stan Sport subscription.

I'm also a Reds fan and it was a good win, thanks to gritty defence at the end ... Although their final try was a lucky bounce, and they made heaps of poor handling errors ... But yes positive signs at present 👌

Renew that Stan subscription my man. Support the game played in heaven. Reds deserved winners against a strong Chiefs outfit, plenty of matches to come but very promising signs of a Reds team finally realizing their potential! 🐨🏉🔴

As a long suffering Reds fan it's great to see them finally looking like they're going to perform this season WITH a pretty high ceiling still to come. Thorn managed to get a real grit and work ethic into the team but they never had the attack to get them over the line, Kiss looks like he's maintained that and is now working in a pretty effective attack. They made so many half chances against the Chiefs but were let down by a pass not sticking or a support player being in not quite the right spot. If they can get that sorted they're going to carve some teams up this season. As a long suffering wobs fan, it was great to see the bounce of the ball falling into a non-kiwi hand for once. It often like every time there's a cruel bounce when the ABs are playing it favours them.
@footyfin8 ай бұрын
Yes Reds got lucky bounce of ball for their final try. Also heaps of schoolboy handling errors, in dry conditions, either side of the break. But we'll take it 😉 - Reds fan

I’m happy Reds won, that’s awesome for Aussie Rugby. Maybe the RWC debacle has been a good thing. The lucky bounce made up for the non yellow card late tackle on Lynagh.

Always look forward to your round-ups! Loving the new format this season. I'm a Canes fan and while it's still early days, I'm glad that the boys are showing the composure to close out tight games that they lacked for years. Hopefully it takes them far this season, although anyone other than the Saders for the title would be refreshing!

Blues were flattered with the scoreline. Telea got the intercept after coming up offside and you could argue riccitelli makes a double movement to get his try. Surprised at how good the canes have been this season.

Wasn't expecting much from the cruz this season but certainly wasn't expecting the last two performances. Trying to do too much. Great win by the reds and quite surprised with the Brumbies needing that comeback. Early days bu this year really could be very wide open for 5 or 6 teams

Brett Cameron has to be one of the most underrated 10s in the comp. His game management has really impressed me over the past two years and he very rarely makes mistakes - the combination with roigard looks pretty deadly. Could you see him getting a shot for the abs if dmac or perofeta got injured? Feel like he deserves another chance.

In the NFL, starting the season 0-3 doesn’t auger well… Six teams since 1979 have made the playoffs after an 0-3 start. Of the 158 teams that started 0-3 between 1990-2022, four managed to get into the postseason. Only one 0-3 team has won a playoff game, and no such team has reached the Super Bowl. Hard to compare I know, with 8 of 12 making the playoffs in SRP, but as a non-Crusaders fan I feel this is a great opportunity for other teams, even the Aussie ones! Drua too.

Eventually the crusaders would need to rebuild. Some of the crusaders key forwards are still out. 9-10 is a problem. As it was going to be. Jordan is a loss. They uave to find a way to get aumua in the game.
