Make this 5 Star Super Satisfying Chocolate Lava Cake at home ❤️
[ Chocolate Lava Cake ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🧁 400g Dark Chocolate
🧁 Egg Yolk
🧁 40g Caster Sugar
🧁 240ml Instant Coffee
🧁 240ml Heavy Cream
🧁 Cocoa Powder
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Mix caster sugar, yolk, heavy cream and instant coffee in a bowl
2. use double boiler method to cook
3. Keep stirring for 10 minutes
4. Add dark chocolate in and stir until chocolate fully melted
5. Pour mixture into a mould with layered of tracing paper
6. Put in fridge for at least 6 hours
7. Remove from mould and remove the tracing paper
8. Serve on a plate, dust with cocoa powder
