Ice Chocolava is a unique chocolate pastry developed by Holiland that can be refrigerated or heated. Follow my recipe, you could simply make it at home.
Ingredients: ( 3x7.5cm)
Cake Base:
2 eggs
40g rice flour
10g cocoa powder
10g honey
15g vegetable oil
25g water
15g sugar
Preheat the oven to 180C/355F, bake for 15 minutes
Chocolate Paste:
75g milk
6g corn starch
1 egg yolk
120g dark chocolate
120g warm cream
Bake at 180C/355F for 8 minutes
Refrigerate for at least one hour after cooling
Serve cool (iceberg) or heated (lava, microwave for 20 seconds)
