my glass measures 200ml
Puff cheese bread without yeast
Ingredients :
600ml milk
125g natural yogurt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 kilo of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
For the stuffing 200g of feta cheese and fresh parsley
But you can use the stuffing of your choice or even make them plain
To put between the layers 250g butter + 125ml oil
For the gilding 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon of milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until nicely browned
