Thanks for the videos, it was great. but i got issue on my wheel and follow focus where the wheel and follow focus wont . Ive tried some solutions mentioned on other video but none of those solutions works with mine. The battery is fully charged, firmware is up to date, ive tried several cables, set the wheel setting to external and handle, but still none works for me. help someone?? :(

Oh, damn, my follow focus cmf-01 is not working anymore, I do exactly as ll the same things as I did before and it was working fine. Now I connect the same cable in correct ports, but follow focus just Blinks with red led light 2 times. And it is out of control with crane wheel. According to a manual, it means "Motor or Gear obstructed motion that cause auto protection". But the same thing when I just detach gear of follow focus from a ribbon on a lens.

Chandan Khatwate yes. But to focus while shooting you need this follow focus setup.

You can use crane 2 for stablization and currently the control function cable only supports D850.As rarevfx says, you can add a mechanical servo follow focus to shoot if it is necessary.

I have a big problem that i cannot fix no matter what i do to my crane 2 servo follow focus. I've done everything in the book to try and get the servo to work but nothing. Nothing at all. I charged it till it was fully charged, 4 blinks of yellow on the left side led. I updated both my gimbal and the servo to 1.73 firmwares. Nothing....no response in my servo. I swtiched between handle and external settings in the priority menu as well. I even tried ALL other firmware updates on both products. still nothing. Ive done over 5 hours of research online for the correct firmware updates for the servo, but your website doesn't even have servo firmware updates available. I try to move the gears of my servo with my hand to atleast get some movement but it doesnt budge when the gimbal is powered on. If theres anything i missed that would make my servo actually work, please let me know. Thank you!

U mean how to get the free follow focus? Well we start the new Crane 2 package（bundled with an external free follow focus) since 2018/5/10, if you buy the crane 2 after 2018/5/10, then you can get a free follow focus at the same time^_^

Zhiyun-tech I bought it the week before you offered this package, one of your reps said contact you, they’d send it, then said contact B&H, who said contact you, and the circle repeated. It’s just kinda rude, I have four of your gimbals and gotta keep buying additional stuff to make it work when you give it away for free which should be applied to everyone since it doesn’t WORK.

To put that screw in is absolutely ridiculous! Just for this, I would highly NOT recommend this pathetic gimbal. No wonder people go to Ronin's! This is such a pathetic way of installing the follow focus!
