Man I gotta get my husband to watch The Minimalist...I think even he could put together something edible. I think the limited ingredients and casual style would put him at ease enough to try one of these great recipes!

I like the "make it yourself" approach instead of buying all these things premade and with preservatives and artificial everything. Just one step closer to "whole" food.

Works with a blender too. I like to mix up different fruits. Add a little honey - the variations are endless. Bittman is right - it is like a joke how easy it is.

If you put yogurt or any other milky product it is not sorbet anymore
