Do you know where I can buy a replacement hose and valve? Online I can only find extension kits (connecting two hoses together), but I cannot find a hose that fits directly onto the unit itself.

Hello! Unfortunately we don't sell the replacement hose and its valve, (I assume you mean the exhaust hose connector? which connects the hose to the unit) However it does look like you can buy some universal "Exhaust Hose Connector Kits" on Amazon, which include a number of different types of connectors, bundle that with an Exhaust Hose should do the trick. It also might be worth directly contacting Honeywell to see if they have a parts department or anything they can send you Sorry I couldn't help more

Hello! Its not mentioned in the video as we don't have the tools to effectively show it on camera... yet :( however after doing some digging in spec sheets, the unit will use a maximum of 1300W per hour and runs at a maximum of 65dB, this depends on the modes you are using, but those should be the maximums for you Hope that helps!

Total stupid Design Why dose it not have 2 tubes... To save a little bit of money? Now it cools the air in the room and than passes it over it's heat exchanger heats it up and blows it out. Through other leakage spots you pull in new fresh hot air from outside. Total waste of energy! Better systems use a second hose to pull hot air from outside and pass that over there heat exchanger heating it up a bit more but it keeps all the cold air inside. Not pulling in unconditional outside air in the room. Only downside is that the heat pump needs to work under a higher delta t but whole system efficiency is way better.

Yes! I had a 1 hose portable AC, and it was a big mistake. It cools one room at the expense of every other room in your home getting hotter. Terrible idea. Even at the lowest setting it would noticeably pull warm air into your home. I then got a 2 hose portable AC and it works MUCH better.

Honeywell makes the Power & Thermal Management System (PTMS) for the F-35 but they can't put 2 tubes in this damn thing Well this thing isn't $90 million so I guess they had to cut costs somewhere
