They just replaced the skin... what a shame. It should’ve been a temporary buff with Greninja doing the Red Gigantic Water Shiriken he did in the anime for XYZ.

Transformation Final Smashes have been removed entirely. Maybe a Flurry of Giant Water Shuiken would have worked though

This Final Smash does kind of make sense, since it's actually a combination of three moves Greninja have in the anime: Mat Block (excluded in the anime), using Double Team and Cut at once, and finally using Ariel Ace to plunge down.
