If I recall correctly, the voices are the same. Just the Announcer says some names differently, like Rosalina y Destello to Estela y Destello Bowser Jr. to Bowsy and some others.

@@boogerschnapps9086 It’s also there if you set your Switch to the Europe region I did this on my Switch with the American copy of Smash Bros. Ultimate, and it ended up giving me the European English version when I changed my region to Europe
