Been so long since I saw this, but that music from 2:40...it's PERFECT. Irony (desert music on an ice planet), but the Gerudo theme is just badass anyway, and using it there just makes the scene seem super epic and the situation dire. It feels even more weighty and foreboding than the original scene in the movie, honestly. Like there's far more at steak and a more hopeless situation.

I love coming back to these just to discover some of the references I missed on my first half dozen viewings. Seriously, it's like rewatching the final battle in Endgame. You always notice something you missed the first time around. This viewing's detail: Ness is shown at 2:48 with his yo-yo and will use it to trip up a walker.

SharpmanPrime01 Well, the prequel mashups were actually written before the originals, as I needed to figure out which characters to use, and which characters to save (just in case). In other words, I MIGHT do them in the future. But I'd much rather wait for Episode 7.

I actually noticed that two of the Hoth Fudge System air support riders were one of the Ice Breakers twins, while the other one is everyone's favorite EarthBound PSI Powerhouse, Ness. He's one of the most powerful fighters.

Yes he's meant to be Wedge. In Episode 5, he took out one of the Imperial Walkers by means of first immobilizing it with the harpoon and tow cables and then blast its neck after it was down.
