All purpose flour 1 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
salt 1 pinch
eggs 04
sugar half cup
oil half cup
For Rabri/ Malai
Milk - half cup
dry milk powder 4 tbs
ghee 2 tbs
condensed milk 2-3 tbs
Elaichi Powder- 1/2 tsp
milk half litre
almonds pista 2 tbs chopped
whip powder 1 sachet and half cup milk
or 1 cup whipping cream or fresh cream
almonds and pistachios for garnish
