Ingredients:
For cake :
Oil - 1/3 cup (55 gm)
Curd - 1/3 cup (80 gm)
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp (120 gm)
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup (150 gm)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron - 10-12 strands of saffron soaked in 2 tbsp of warm milk
Milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
For cream :
Cream - 1 cup (200 ml)
Cardamom Powder - 1/ tsp
Yellow food Colour (optional)

Thsi cake turned out perfectttt. Though mughse kuch quantity me gadbad ho gayi toh elachi ka flavour intense ho gaya but sabko bhut pasand aaya. Itna spongy nad soft cake-yumm. Must try recipe. Thank you so much for this awesome recipe
