A sweet little design. And the kitchen zone is so cozy and good counterspace and cabinets. Very warming. The only thing that pops out as something I may not like is the front door that cuts the living room in half. There has got to be a way to do a workaround?

Wow, what an elegant floor plan……and I love the color palette throughout! In the master bedroom…..I would prefer just a two piece bathroom and the remainder a storage area……also single windows in the bedrooms rather than doubles. Having wall space for portraits is always nice…….or more books!

The first look of the house really attracted me for medium size house and costs...become more interested when i looked the interior..2 bedrooms separate from bedrooms.. not too squeeze area...enough for my retire days in future..thanks for idea and really appreciate to you for sharing...

Overall the floor plan is pretty good. I would open up all the ceilings to painted white exposed beams and ship lap. This would give it more vertical space to draw the eye upward and not make it feel so cramped, especially the narrow hallways I would also exchange the solid entryway door in the dining room to a 32” French door to bring in more light to the dining area. The narrow width of that door (24”?)would be a violation of fire code in my area. That way you can see your pet waiting to come back in from the sofa. Personally, I prefer a small window in a bathroom, at least an oval, eyebrow or transom.

Very nice but would have to redo living room. Were the door is really cuts into furniture placement. Would cut storage area down, move FP to that wall & move door to that side ad windo between door & wall. That might make it more functional

At first glance it looks almost a perfect florida split (center living), but at a closer look you realize how awkward the living room is. I'd be more comfortable in a modified shot gun with a full run back veranda under an acadian (off center) roof, and a covered step out from the living room. There's potential, but it wud take a lot of redesign.

The fireplace and cabinets need to be swapped. Then the sofa can be turned around to face the fireplace and the chair is perfectly placed to sit and read. Adding a cabinet for coat storage would be easy to add as well.

Lol anything with out a boiler heat and electric output is a perfect design. You have what's called a tankless water heater their discrete easy to hide no big bulk to take up a whole area of the house, now that's wasted space. In small or tiny homes it so easy to have a wood burning stove and they work fine heating that size which eliminates gas use and other components that will be unsufficient. You also have base board heaters you just run them along the bottom of the wall as if is were the base board they work great. A/C well these days you can just get that little non bulky box quite quaint they are and it will cool down the place like the other one. As for water hmmm smh it's small enough that it won't need large plumbing so your pipes are minimized, sweet. You can add a slight deck to the back and as for the couch just slide it forward of the cabinets and the are functionable. The lay out is fine and I'm a house critic lol. All I know is that little house is 20 times better than a lot of these large neighborhood homes. I rather live in that than one in the cities those are just trifling as well as non functionable. Lol personally for me I would have removed anything that was boiler heater hot water tank along with the a/c and replaced it. I can stand things hooked to the grid.

I don't know why everyone is going on about how good this house is....but it's not a good floorplan. There's no Furnace/HVAC and no water heater....not even in the attic because the roof pitch looks to be about 5/12... maybe 6/12 at best. The cabinets behind the sofa are useless because you have to move the living room around to access them. There's no deck or patio out the back door...or steps for that mater....so you just step out and drop 12 to 15 inches. It really is an incomplete design that doesn't have a lot of functionality and is missing components that are required for a home. I give it a 2 out of 5 stars.

I can live without hvac or a furnace - not eco friendly but where is the proper dining area, just counters and how do the bathrooms vent with no window lights of fan and no heating and water system and why is the sofa by the front door in front of the cupboards? The bedroom areas seem nice though.

This is probably my favorite that I’ve seen! I would love to see a screened porch on the back and to trade out one of those bathtubs for a shower for folks who can’t/shouldn’t step into a tub. I do have a question: Why is it that I see almost none of these floor plans showing a bathroom vanity that goes all the way to the floor? That’s valuable storage space in a smaller home. I also like that the dining chairs will slide all the way to the table instead of a style that takes up floors space when they are not in use.

Luv the design, but not the tile on the bathrm walls, the floors are great. Would change the island to a regular dining rm table, and eliminate the built ins in the living rm, and just keep the book cases. Its too bad 'tiny homes' in many cases don't qualify for homeowners insurance, the same as a stick/wood frame full size home, according to a realtor that I was watching the other day, Ms. B. Small craft houses like this, are special. Unfortunately - you'll spend the same amount on this style of house with this level of detailed finish out as you would with a house 4 times as large. Not smart.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. it is in no way my ideal. First, it's only a 2 bedroom. Second, the decorations are just not up to the usual standards. And THREE, there is no extras like a pantry, a walk-in closet, a separate bath from shower, etc.
