I think this house is awesome I loved the chandeliers and sconces and the real woods burned fireplace and the appliances and how you built the washer and dryer inside the wall and how you mad sunken cabinets inside the wall ilove the wraparound porch ilove all the wood in ceiling and I wish the kitchen cabinets were all wood and closet doors were wood color and barndoors that were painted wood color so all cabinets inthe house was all the wood color that would balance out the home because their is so much white throughout the house and the chair swing i would take off the metal bar and hang it from the top of the ceiling of the porch but everything else is absolutely 💯 gorgeous and beautiful like a cottage with elegance and style but in the down stairs bathroom the only thing i would do different is I would put a jacuzzi bathtub and make it inside a big shower enclosed in sliding glass doors but this house had plenty of windows in it giving it great ambience and makes this house praise god a beautiful stunner great job and great architecture work ❤😊✝️🇮🇱🥰👼❤️👏🎆🗽😇☮️🤗✡️👼🥰🇮🇱✝️👍🇺🇸💯🙏🇺🇸

As you get older, I think I would prefer the master bedroom to be on the first floor and second floor as the guest bedrooms or for grand children, etc. The kitchen is lovely. The living room is lovely, and the bathrooms are well designed. The location of the washer and dryer is not great. I prefer a laundry room with a sink, place to fold clothes or hang them up and also used as a storage for your vacuum cleaner and cleaning items. Also, I did like the entrance to the front door on the side where you could hang your clothes or put your shoes on or stored them. Thanks.

Me too. The space for the washer and dryer isn't good enough for me. I would rather have no dining area but a separate room as laundry. To me, the kitchen having an island with chairs is enough dinning while the area designated as dining could be a laundry room. Notice there is a door leading into the dinning and kitchen from the outside. If one comes home muddy and wet, instead of walking straight into the living room, one can use the door to access the laundry, take of the wet clothes, put them into washer if possible, clean up a bit using water from the sink before entering into the house proper.

Its so cute, like a doll house, for little people with no belongings and no life. Where do you keep the furnace, hot water heater, broom closet, laundry supplies, paper products, pantry items, toys, holiday decor, cars?

Tastefully done, you left no detail to spare, this has to be your best design ever! The master bedroom being upstairs guarantees privacy, yet it connects with the rest of the house in that balcony overlooking the living room, especially putting in line the mischievous siblings 😂. This is a show stopper that ticks all my boxes. The layout maximizes space and allows for those touches I like to see (e.g., entry storage, ensuite, designated kitchen area and dining area, etc). It is a warm colour scheme due to the nice wood accents. I would consider modest skylights in the master closet and ensuite. I love the windows and the triangular shelving under roof and stair lines. Very nice job. I can move in this weekend.

While beautiful, this wouldn't be my personal dream home. However, there are a couple of things that I love aout it - the wrap around porch and everything on the upper floor. I love the fact that the bedroom on the second floor has a seating area - this is something that would consitute my dream bedroom. I've watched a number of Akashi Design videos and they are all beautiful I could certainly pick and choose features in a number of the designs that put together would become my dream home if I were going to have one built. 😊😊

And OMC, the top floor is dedicated to the master suite 👏👏👏👏 the house is a thumbs up 👍 from me and my cats give it all paws up 🐾🐾 🐾🐾 🐾🐾 I can just hear them running up and down the stairs!

The project is simply sublime. But only one things: Bathroom on Attic Floor it would be better if the entrance was from the corridor. This way you can also easily access from the studio without enter in bedroom and wardrobe.

I love this plan my favorite so far. I like that both first floor bedrooms are in the back of the house and not in the front. And it’s great that the master is upstairs and not swapped with the two guest room up and the master down. If you have kids you know they make the worst upstairs neighbors 😅
